Who am I?
Once upon a time (to be exact 9 december 1980) a small cherry was born. Since she was born
in Holland her last name was Kers, the Dutch word for cherry. During the following years she grew up
to be a big cherry. This cherry, which loved and loves drawing and painting, visited
the Willem de Kooning art academy in Rotterdam between 1998 and 2002 and graduated
as an illustrator.
Since this time I have been working from my home as a freelance illustrator and really enjoying it so far.

Next to being an illustrator I enjoy listening to good music (I-tunes tells me I have 11,9 days of music available tot me), browsing the internet for inspirational sites, walking and cycling
with my little boy Edward and spending time in the kitchen with various baking experiments.
